About the role

CK Associates is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Auditor to join our dynamic team in Klang, Selangor. As a Senior Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in conducting comprehensive external audits, ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of our clients. What you'll be doing

Perform detailed financial and operational audits for a diverse range of clients
Analyse financial statements, accounting records, and internal controls to identify potential risks and areas for improvement
Prepare comprehensive audit reports, highlighting findings and recommendations
Collaborate with clients to address audit concerns and implement corrective measures
Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices
Provide training and mentorship to junior members of the audit team
Contribute to the continuous enhancement of audit procedures and methodologies

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in external auditing, preferably within a reputable accounting firm or a large organisation

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify risks

Proven track record of delivering high-quality audit reports and recommendations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members

Proficient in the use of audit software and data analytics tools

Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CIMA) is preferred
