Visit us : Job Details Position : Live Host Salary : RM2,000 – RM3,000 (Commission Provided) Location : 03A-05, Dpandan Business Square, Avenue 2, Ampang, 68000 Selangor

Working Days & Hours (Rotating Shifts) :

  • 1st Shift : 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
  • 2nd Shift : 1.00 PM – 10.00 PM
  • 3rd Shift : 3.00 PM – 12.00 AM

    • Notes :

  • Required to work on Saturdays, based on assigned shift.
  • Shifts rotate every two weeks.

    • Job Description As a Live Host, you will be the face of the brand on TikTok, engaging audiences and driving sales by showcasing and promoting the company's perfume products through dynamic and interactive live sessions. 1) Hosting & Audience Engagement

  • Host entertaining and engaging live sessions on TikTok to promote perfume

    • products.

  • Interact with viewers in real time, answering questions and providing

    • personalized product recommendations.

  • Build a strong connection with audiences to increase trust and sales

    • conversions. 2) Content Strategy & Planning

  • Plan live session themes, topics, and promotional campaigns.
  • Research latest trends and customer preferences to create relevant, engaging

    • content.

  • Prepare scripts to ensure smooth live sessions with clear messaging.

    • 3) Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align live strategies with ongoing

    • promotions and campaigns.

  • Provide feedback and ideas to improve sales and audience engagement.

    • 4) Performance Monitoring

  • Track audience engagement, feedback, and sales metrics to improve live

    • session quality.

  • Implement best practices to maximize conversions during live streams.

    • 5) Lead Generation & Follow-Up

  • Assist in generating and managing leads from live sessions.
  • Support the team with follow-ups and closing sales after live events.

    • Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

  • Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in live hosting, TikTok selling, or sales-related roles is an

    • advantage.

  • Creative, energetic, and able to entertain audiences.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, including Saturdays.
  • Knowledge of current TikTok trends and live-selling strategies is a plus.
