Job Description

• Carry out all marketing activities to maximize sales, revenue, market share, and profit margin of assigned products.
• Establish a strong AMR solution using existing and new products.
• Achieve financial targets for assigned products and financial obligations to the principals.
• Liaise with principals, manage sampling, demonstrations, reporting, technical issues, and solutions.
• Prepare, implement, and monitor product portfolio business plans to achieve financial (revenue and margin) targets, including product marketing strategies and tactics.
• Analyze product performance, competitive and market development, and recommend changes to the business plan based on the analysis.
• Identify significant trends or macroeconomic issues of strategic importance impacting sales performance; provide feedback and recommendations to functional stakeholders and management.
• Make recommendations to marketing regarding selling and cost analysis tools needed in the field to communicate value propositions.
• Lead and provide pre-sales support, including training and product direction to the sales (key account) team.
• Provide product forecasts and monitor inventory levels to meet company and customer expectations.
• Act as the first point of reference for assigned product-related inquiries and work collaboratively with relevant parties (e.g., compliance, regulatory, GDPMD) to address any issues that may arise.
• Work with the Business Manager on pricing strategy, marketing planning, and target market site planning.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Clinical Microbiology Products e.g., Culture, Identification, Sensitivity, Molecular, POCT.
• Ability to manage a group of people.
• Analytical and innovative mindset.
• Planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
• Degree holder in Biological Science, Biomedical Science, Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, etc., or Diploma with a minimum of 3 years related experience.
