Set right on the harbourfront with sweeping views of Hong Kong’s skyline, Dockyard is a new kind of restaurant that brings together an array of quick-service Asian-style eateries alongside a fully serviced bar – all within a sleek industrial-inspired setting.

We are looking for a Captain - Dockyard based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Captain - Dockyard, we rely on you to :

  • Provide quality service to guests
  • Ensure smooth operations of the work section appointed and strive for guests’ delights
  • Ensure that service / items are prepared according to restaurant standards
  • Check the cleanliness of the section prior to and after service
  • Collect feedback during operation to ensure guests’ satisfaction
  • Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations

We are looking for someone who has :

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; supervisory experience in F&B would be an advantage
  • Formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage
  • Customer-oriented and detail-minded team player
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
