Accounts Executive

As the Accounts Executive at The Makeover Guys, you will be assisting with all finance related matters in the company. Your work will directly impact the finance efficiency. We welcome candidates from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us!

What You’ll Do :

• Perform all relevant general accounting transactions and bookkeeping within the Accounts Payable & Inventory function
• Perform reconciliation of creditors’ balance to supplier’s statement of accounts
• Resolving disputes between vendor’s record’s vs internal requestor’s records (if any)
• Process of staff claims and petty cash claims
• Recording of corporate card transactions
• Compilation of relevant documents for submission to the banks for Bankers Acceptance financing
• Assist with the preparation for external audit
• Perform ad-hoc and other finance initiatives

Working Arrangement :

Hybrid. Work closely with our Finance Manager and Senior Account Executive.
