Job Summary
Responsible for supporting eCommerce business and marketing initiatives
General Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit suitable TikTok creators to join our affiliate program (via TikTok Shop Affiliate tools, FB / Whatsapp Affiliate group & etc).
- Maintain and grow relationships with affiliate creators – offer guidance, support, and ensure timely content creation
- Coordinate sample distribution and ensure smooth product delivery to creators
- Keep updated on TikTok trends and suggest new angles to keep content fresh and relevant
- Compile affiliate insights, identify top and potential affiliates to drive future campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to align promo periods and key focus SKUs
- Support data analytics for eCommerce monthly reporting
Functional skills and knowledge
Understanding E-Commerce trendsDemonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Open to doing live selling sessionsTakes initiative to drive projectsDemonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spokenWork Experience
Diploma in Business and MarketingFresh graduates are welcomed.Prior experience in a company known for e-commerce or online operations is a strong plus
