About the role

Join the passionate team at SNOW VALLEY ENTERPRISE' as a Kitchen Crew. In this full-time role based in Bukit Rimau Selangor, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals that delight our guests. As part of our dedicated hospitality team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic work environment in the kitchen
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are properly cleaned and maintained
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries of fresh produce and other ingredients
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and appetizing menu items
  • Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to dining guests

What we're looking for

  • Experience working in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong working knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
