ASSISTANT ENGINEER (Bukit Beruntung)

Overview

Support technicians in checking for the motor quality after reassembly at the workshop. Supervise the Senior QC Inspector in conducting motor testing and reporting to customer. Liaise with customers to provide job progress updates and coordinate witness of solo run tests. Coordinates all return and warranty motor. Perform electrical and mechanical testing to ensure compliance with quality standards. Prepare Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) reports upon customer request. Undertake special projects and assignments as required. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality performance. Prepare pre-test reports and final test reports. Maintain and update project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
