Job Description:
Responsible to meet designated sales target; generate qualified opportunities and able to win new opportunity in a target time frame
Develop a deep understanding of the company's adhesive and tape products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Resourceful and a good communicator. Able to establish professional contact; Identify and engage with new customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers, ensuring they understand product applications and benefits.
Good team players to collaborate with key stakeholders to drive solution to customers
Time management and highly discipline- monthly updated on sales activities, demand forecast, and competitor activity
Based in Penang or KL Central
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Science (Chemical. Industrial, Engineering) or equivalent.
Minimum 5-8 years sales working experience in manufacturing and industrial environment with good network and contact
Self starter, high motivation level and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly independent, creative, and able to work under pressure
Good analytical and presentation Skills, Proficient in English and Mandarin
Possess own transport with valid driving license, Candidate must be willing to travel outstation minimum twice in quarter within Malaysia
