Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure their needs are understood and met effectively includes attending appointments individually or with team members, delivering presentations, obtaining client approvals, and following up on payment collection. Site meetings and visits may also be required.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop effective solutions for quotation and proposal preparation.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking activities and strategic cold calling.
Work collaboratively to optimize sales strategies and achieve superior results.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the management.
Solicit and incorporate customer feedback to enhance service delivery and support team performance.
Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time by management.
