Project Manager (MEP)

Overview

Our client specializes in Data Centre as main contractor. Involved in multiple projects with the recent development of data centre. They are expanding their team and currently looking for an experienced Project Manager for Data Centre construction project based in Klang Valley / Johor.

The Role : You will be responsible to lead and manage the overall scope of project management to ensure timely delivery of construction projects while also taking guidance and complying to project policies, standards, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects, from design to installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure the quality, safety, and timely delivery of M&E works.
• Review and approve M&E drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports.
• Monitor and control the M&E budget, schedule, and resources.
• Supervise and guide the M&E team and subcontractors on site.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any M&E issues or problems that may arise during the project.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, variation orders, and claims to the management and clients.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders on M&E matters.
