Sales Manager (Full-Time, On-Site)
Location : Sunway Geo, Bandar Sunway, Selangor
Salary : RM2,500 – RM3,500 basic + Commission + Incentives
Working Hours : Monday – Friday | 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking an organised and results-driven individual to oversee and grow our sales team. This role involves managing existing sales representatives, onboarding new team members, conducting training, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support existing sales representatives to improve performance
- Conduct training sessions on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Monitor daily activities and ensure KPI targets are met
- Recruit and onboard new sales representatives through provided leads and networking
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management
- Assist in field activities such as roadshows, site visits, and events
