Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the overall SPOC for HR-related concerns.
  • Drive employee awareness of company rules, regulations, and HR guidelines.
  • Manage documentation needed for administrative hearings and evidences.
  • Collaborate with Operations to conduct reviews and performance management / coaching for underperforming employees to increase productivity and job security.
  • Establish and maintain communication between Human Resources, Delivery, and Support groups.
  • Communicate with Delivery and Department Heads about specific challenges and develop plans to reduce attrition and dissatisfaction.
  • Participate in performance management reviews.
  • Conduct Root Cause / Deep Dive Analysis on major causes of employee attrition and dissatisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

  • College Graduate in any field; preferably in Human Resources-related courses (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Human Resource Management).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Working knowledge of HR facets such as Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Health & Safety, Data Management, Engagement, etc.
  • Extensive knowledge of corporate compliance and labor laws, including DOLE compliance, OSH, Labor Law / BWC, and government benefits.
  • Understanding of Discipline Management (SCM / NTE, NOD, PS) and Performance Management processes (Regularization Reviews, PIP, Annual Review).
  • Proven track record of process improvements and innovations.
  • Good knowledge of BPO / IT industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to relate to various organizational levels.
