As part of our expansion plan in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, we are looking for focused individuals to join our data centric global operations team serving clients in the US and European private credit markets and structured finance industry.

This is a full-time permanent position, not contract or internship.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Settle trades, review trade bookings
• Process daily reconciliation of cash and loan trade transactions facilitated by Siepe’s financial technology platform
• Research discrepancies including referencing source documentation and external databases
• Review and analyse loan data pulls and reports
• Data mapping and reconciliation resolution
• Update and maintain asset data accuracy and positions across client portfolios
• Build borrowing base and waterfall compliance models and reports
• Effective communication with other teams towards resolving data maintenance and reconciliation issues
• Facilitate feedback on systems development and improving workflow processes
• Alignment and adherence to SOC 2 compliance and risk management policies and practices
• Assist in other tasks as directed, including involvement in mini projects e.g. financial data extraction and regulated reporting, and onboarding new deals
