Business Development Manager (hybrid)

We are looking for an exceptional Pruventure Sales Manager (hybrid) to join our team at Star Creation Advisory in Subang Jaya, Selangor . This is a full‑time position, with the opportunity to work flexibly between the office and remotely.

What you'll be doing

Achieving and delivering sales target to drive growth for our Pruventure quota financing scheme.

Engaging and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and Agency management Team.

Identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales referrals.

Providing sound advice and latest solutions to support client financial needs.

Collaborating with PV and Agency teams to deliver the highest results possible.

Reporting on sales performance and providing recommendations to improve results.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the strong sales and relationship data .

Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to develop and execute effective sales quota.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex client relationships and driving profitable growth.

Analytical mindset and the strong business skills to use networking to achieve desired results.

Strong team player with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
