Summary of Essential Job Functions :
- Attend customers' enquiries both walk-in and phone calls.
- Resolve customer enquiries on product or service related matters.
- Gather customer feedback and report to management.
- Arrange, schedule and follow up customer's service booking schedule.
- Assist data entry for sales order and to update delivery schedule to HQ and Sales personnel.
- Assist sales personnel to compile dealer order summary and sales report.
- Assist in daily housekeeping of department floor to provide better ambience to customer.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
