Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate policies.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for the Korean market.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making processes.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing activities in alignment with established timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
  • Assist in improving processes and identifying cost-saving opportunities in financial workflows.
  • Provide support for audits and internal reviews as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Finance Assistant Manager should have :

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
  • Experience in corporate finance, particularly in the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
  • Strong understanding of local and international accounting standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken, is essential.
