Perform data labeling tasks, demonstrating strong skills in creative writing, reading comprehension, and content analysis. Write and summarize semantically accurate content—words and paragraphs—free of grammatical or punctuation errors, using proper writing formats. Analyze and interpret text content to produce professional and contextually appropriate written outputs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and experience on every call or task handled. Meet and exceed client-mandated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Maintain consistent performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Keep all internal and external login credentials confidential. Participate in all required internal and external training or seminars. Understand and comply with TaskUs policies, procedures, and functional area guidelines. Provide constructive feedback to management regarding potential issues or areas for improvement. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements
What exactly are we looking for? We need someone who is willing to work on cyclical schedules. Experience in data labeling, phone, email and live chat support is a plus. Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections and Technical Support is also beneficial. Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills. Computer literate and proficient in Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office and Google applications. Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Resourceful, able to multitask and with high attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as contribute to cross-functional and global teams.
