Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design principles and schemes, and review compliance with contract requirements and standard specifications.
- Guide design work and solve technical problems in design.
- Review and prepare design standardization documents.
- Design and drafting for electrical drawings.
- Review and be responsible for the selection and design of electrical parts.
- Review and be responsible for the design of electrical drawings.
- Familiar with electrical industry standards.
- Responsible for the design of and submission of construction documents for electrical systems.
- Involved in electrical design, selection, calculation, explosion-proof, grounding, power distribution, etc.
- Support fabrication team by advising and supervising electrical installation.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior electrical engineers and other team members on design best practices and technical challenges.
- Review electrical drawings, red marks, as-built drawings, and design clash determinations.
- Lead the preparation of Material Take-Off (MTO), cost estimates, and assist in project bidding and estimation processes.
- Develop and review Material Take-Off (MTO) and specifications for procurement purposes.
- Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and provide updates to clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management from time to time.
