Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations
Manage the Director’s calendar, travel arrangements, meetings, and communications, and liaise with internal teams and external partners
Monitor outlet performance to ensure operational standards are consistently met
Handle correspondence, maintain organized records, manage office supplies, and representative in communications, meetings, and preliminary business discussions
Manage confidential documents, contracts, and business materials with discretion
Track business projects, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
Maintain accurate attendance records and support general HR-related administrative tasks
Support business operations, including branding and business development—such as preparing proposals and tracking opportunities
Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred)
2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant, business development support, or in a client-facing role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks
Ability to demonstrate professionalism and communicate effectively in all business interactions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; basic accounting knowledge is a plus
