Job Summary :

KK Super Mart is seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee and lead all aspects of event management, including the successful execution of new store openings, corporate events, and promotional activities. The Event Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, vendor management, and delivering impactful events that strengthen the KK Super Mart brand.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all new store opening events across the region.
  • Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, from concept to post-event evaluation.
  • Develop event budgets, timelines, and resource plans to ensure efficient execution.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners to deliver high-quality events.
  • Ensure all events reflect KK Super Mart's brand identity and customer experience standards.
  • Oversee promotional events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare post-event reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage and mentor the Event Executive and supporting team members.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in event management, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience managing large-scale events.
  • Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills.

    Pay : RM5, RM8,000.00 per month
