• What You Will Be Doing
• Manage end-to-end
• loan origination projects
• for retail and commercial banking, ensuring solutions meet credit union needs and business objectives, ensuring quality of deliverables and profitability of projects
• Oversee system implementations and integrations, including ProLender, core banking systems, and third-party solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Canada to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for both retail and commercial banking projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and vendors, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian financial regulations, including AML, CRA forms, and other industry-specific standards.
• Address production issues, coordinate enhancements, and ensure post-go-live support.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and adoption of best practices.
• What We Are Looking For
• At least 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager delivering
• Loan Origination
• projects for credit unions or financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience managing
• retail
• and
• commercial banking
• projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Strong understanding of business domain (Loan origination and related functions)
• Demonstrated ability to manage integrations with systems such as core banking, CRM, and third-party services.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle complex projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Experience with tools like MS Project, Devops.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
• Applicants must be based in Canada and eligible to work remotely.
