Job Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

CONTRACT : 1-year and Extendable

Max Salary : RM6,500 per month

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Partner with Business Process Owners and RPA teams to analyze, document, and optimize processes for automation.
Define business and technical requirements, create BRDs, user stories, and process maps.
Conduct value / ROI analysis, opportunity identification, and business case preparation for automation initiatives.
Support RPA project lifecycle : requirement gathering, design, testing, implementation, and project closure.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, define enhancements, and ensure compliance.
Deliver business analysis artifacts, dashboards, reports, and project documentation.
Ensure best practices, governance, and coding standards are followed within the RPA CoE.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, supporting change management and stakeholder alignment.
Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation for automation projects.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field (professional certifications are a plus).

2–3 years' experience in business analysis, process analysis, or project management.

Experience with RPA projects and tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere) preferred.

Strong skills in process mapping, reengineering, requirements gathering, documentation, and ROI / business case creation.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum, Lean / Six Sigma, UAT, and project management best practices.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
