Senior Executive Payroll

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Payroll Executive to manage and oversee the companys payroll activities. The role is  responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in full compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage full set of monthly payroll for all employees
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, etc.)
• Prepare payroll reports, payslips, and statutory submissions
• Handle and resolve employee payroll-related queries
• Review and improve payroll processes for efficiency
• Support HR in compensation, benefits, and related matters
