Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive the growth of our sports platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, technology, and building strong customer relationships. This role involves prospecting, presenting solutions to sports facilities, clubs, and organizations, and closing deals that enhance the way they manage tournaments and court reservations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with sports clubs, academies, schools, gyms, and recreational centers looking to modernize their tournament and court booking processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Present and demonstrate products or services (court booking software, tournament scheduling systems, membership management tools) to potential customers through virtual demos, presentations, and on-site visits.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets, while ensuring solutions are customized to client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems including lead generation, follow-ups, proposals, contracts, and client communications.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback from customers, suggest improvements, and align sales strategies with business goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends in sports management, digital booking systems, and emerging technologies to effectively position the company's solutions.
