Export & Logistic Executive

MOU GUAN FARM SDN. BHD. – Cameron Highlands, Pahang

Responsible for planning, organizing, direction and controlling aspects of production operation to meet customers order

Receive forecast & purchase orders.

Plan inventory requirement align with purchase orders

Handling all logistics documentation for both local and international purchases — including sea freight, air freight, and courier shipments.

Manage and monitors daily export shipping operation, ensuring logistic operation, and to confirm all the shipment are smooth & in timely basis.

Coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to monitor and ensure timely deliveries.

Response promptly to customer inquiries

Update internal records on orders, deliveries, and invoices

Job Requirement :

Diploma or other equivalent

Ability to work under pressure, independently and autonomous with self-starter attitude.

Fluency in Microsoft Office

Verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Detailed orientated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Language proficiency : Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English, Malay and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
