Job Title : Front Office Executive / Front Office Assistant
Job Description :
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office staff. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in / check-out experience while handling guest inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage room reservations and guest requests (walk-in, phone, email, online)
- Answer calls and provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate when necessary
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records, cash handling, and daily reports
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times
Requirements :
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Hospitality or related field / Fresh GraduatePrevious experience in front office / customer service is an advantageGood communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus)Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-focusedAble to work on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) including weekends and public holidaysBasic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel PMS system will be an advantage)Benefits :
