Duties & Responsibilities :
- To assist in the Front Office reception and general administration work.
- To work closely with other staff & courtesy towards guest. Always project a positive warm image and welcome smile.
- You are require to handle reservations, greeting to guests upon their arrival, to help to register them, dispense keycards and provide information to their respective rooms.
- To take care of incoming emails messages and OTA (Online Travel Agent) reservations. Reply to them ASAP if necessary, listen to their requests & comments and handle the situation with good hospitality.
- To have awareness in room occupancy and related rooms rates changes. It is important that you are accountable in the rooms reservation arrangement.
- To handle inquiry, room occupancy and reservation arrangement.
- Able to work independently.
