- Develop and own the brand strategy, positioning, and annual marketing plans in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Translate consumer, category, and competitive insights into actionable brand strategies.
- Manage the brand P&L, ensuring marketing investments are optimized for ROI and long-term equity building.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
- Work closely with creative and media agencies to ensure high-quality output that resonates with target audiences.
- Plan and execute national-level promotional campaigns, partnerships, and seasonal activations to drive awareness, trial, and repeat.
- Drive product innovation pipeline based on market insights, trends, and consumer needs.
- Oversee product launches, packaging refreshes, and portfolio rationalization initiatives.
- Collaborate with R&D and Supply Chain on product development and go-to-market planning.
- Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, and E-commerce teams to align marketing programs with trade and channel priorities.
- Support key customer presentations and joint business planning sessions with data-driven recommendations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of brand managers / executives to deliver on business and brand KPIs.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and consumer-first marketing culture.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and experiences
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is an advantage.7–10 years of progressive marketing experience in FMCG, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Proven track record in managing large-scale campaigns and driving brand growth.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Experience in product innovation and portfolio management.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Highly organized, agile, and results-driven.This is a necessity, not a luxury.
