Staff Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Leading and overseeing engineering projects to ensure they are completed within budget, on time and to a high standard of quality.

• Developing and implementing engineering plans, policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Providing technical expertise to support engineering teams, resolving complex issues or challenges as required.
• Collaborating with other departments and teams to ensure that engineering tasks align with wider business goals and strategies.
• Conducting tests and experiments to evaluate the performance of existing products or identify areas for improvement.
• Providing technical support or solutions to resolve critical issues in the production line.
• Providing training and mentoring to junior engineers to support their professional development.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the industry and applying this knowledge to improve engineering processes and practices.
