Overview

Technology Transformation Lead (Utilities) – Infosys, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

We are currently looking for a Technology Transformation Lead (Utilities) – Malaysians Only!

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale client engagements and transformation programs
  • Drive presales efforts, including RFPs and business proposals
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships across energy and utilities sectors
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Oversee project delivery with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines
  • Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, POVs, and industry forums
  • Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative team culture
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to build market offerings and IP

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of consulting experience in utilities, energy, oil & gas
  • Proven success in presales, RFPs, and revenue generation
  • Strong background in transformation strategy, IT / cloud, and process optimization
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, digital, product management, or related fields
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • A client-centric mindset with a passion for innovation
  • Experience working with offshore delivery teams is a plus
