Base pay range

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling daily accounting entries including general ledger, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and operating expenses.
  • Ensure timely processing of staff claims, supplier invoices, petty cash, and payment vouchers.
  • Prepare and organize payment documentation and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Support monthly closing activities by providing necessary reports, documentation, and reconciliations.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments with customers and assist in managing credit control activities.
  • Perform basic bank reconciliations, assist in audit preparation, and support tax filing processes.
  • Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and clients for document collection or clarification.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all finance-related records.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant working experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Malaysian tax / SST regulations is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, UBS, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team under supervision.
