Assist in coordinating joint marketing activities, collaborations, and promotional campaigns. Monitor partnership performance and compile post-activity reports and documentation. Prepare event reports, photo documentation, and database updates for internal review. Support the Marketing team in PR, social media, and promotional activities during events. Ensure all relevant PICs, VIPs, and internal teams are briefed and aligned on event roles and timelines.
SW Food Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Partnership & Event Executive to support our marketing team in executing corporate partnerships, brand activations, and events. This role ensuring smooth coordination, logistics setup, and event execution from start to finish.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Coordination & Execution
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and marketing events such as product launches, trade shows, roadshows, samplings, and CSR initiatives.
- Handle all event logistics including venue preparation, transportation, booth setup, materials, signage, and on-site coordination.
- Ensure smooth event flow, from setup to teardown, and provide hands-on support throughout.
- Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal departments to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards. 2.
