Senior Account Executive

About the Role

Milleon Extruder Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive with a strong focus on Accounts Payable to join our dynamic finance team. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong accounting knowledge, and experience managing full-cycle AP processes, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable processes : invoice validation, posting, approvals, and payments.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations (SST, withholding tax).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate cost allocation and resolving invoice discrepancies.

Prepare and analyze AP reports, including aging, cash flow, and expense trends.

Support month-end and year-end closings, including reconciliations and accruals.

Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation.

Drive process improvements and support accounting system efficiency.

Liaise with bankers and external auditors as required.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

LCCI, ACCA, MICPA, or MIA membership is an added advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, SST, and tax regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

Experience handling high-volume transactions under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English (required for vendor coordination).

Highly detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage confidential information.
