Medical Assistant

Job Summary :

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistants to support our ambulance service team in delivering high-quality pre-hospital care. The ideal candidate will assist paramedics and EMTs with patient care, maintain medical equipment, manage documentation, and ensure seamless coordination during emergency & non-emergency transport situations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist paramedics and EMTs with patient assessment, treatment, and transport.
• Monitor vital signs and document patient information accurately.
• Prepare and maintain emergency medical equipment and supplies.
• Support in lifting and transferring patients safely onto stretchers and into ambulances.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, healthcare professionals, and hospital staff.
• Comply with all safety, infection control, and patient privacy protocols (HIPAA).
• Perform administrative duties; data entry, patient records management & inventory checks.

This role involves working in a fast-paced, mobile environment with frequent travel, exposure to varying weather conditions, and handling of emergency situations.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
