Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in planning, project management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the construction or interior design industry is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on trends and forecasts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and presenting findings.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with scheduling and project management software (e.g., Gantt charts, Microsoft Excel, Primavera).
- Willingness to adjust plans based on changing circumstances and feedback.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop short- and long-term plans to meet organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution and completion.Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather input and ensure alignment on project goals.Plan and effect production material requirements and loadings based on lead time, demand, risk factors, and cost to achieve JIT.Ensure all plans adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to management and stakeholders.Prepare and manage budgets for projects, ensuring optimal use of resources and oversee an efficient project scheduling plan within budget and timeline.Conduct site inspections, update progress reports, and monitor deadlines.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to determine project delivery timelines.Identify and address potential schedule delays with catch-up programs.Maintain project scheduling records and coordinate design schedules with the design team.Send your resume to
