About The Role

Monks is hiring for a Project Manager . We are an integrated production agency specialising in assets at scale. We deliver high-volume, high-quality creative outputs across channels, ensuring efficiency and brand consistency. Our work powers household name brands, turning complex briefs into seamless, scalable solutions. You'll manage the successful delivery of digital, print, and retail advertising assets for the biggest brands in the world.

We are looking for a Project Manager with exceptional organisational skills and a proven track record in managing large-scale creative production. You will be responsible for overseeing multi-channel deliverables, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution :

Develop and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Ensure projects adhere to scope, budget, and deadlines, while maintaining creative integrity.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable workflows for creative and production teams.
  • You will be managing fast-moving design and animation projects on an international scale.
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and taxonomy, file naming conventions and excellent at it.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management :

    • Serve as the key point of contact for your direct clients, fostering strong relationships.

  • Align internal and external stakeholders on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage client expectations, providing clear communication on project progress.
  • Resource Coordination :

    • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, production) to allocate resources effectively.

  • Track team bandwidth and ensure proper staffing across all projects.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively resolve resource challenges.
  • Quality Control & Delivery :

    • Ensure the delivery of pixel-perfect, brand-consistent creative assets across all platforms.

  • Review copy and note mistakes or correct them based on client feedback.
  • Implement rigorous quality checks at every stage of production.
  • Oversee asset management and ensure files are properly organised and delivered.
  • Process Optimisation :

    • Continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.

  • Implement best practices in project management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities where applicable.

    • About You

    The Essentials :

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in project management in digital advertising or production, with strong communication skills and ability to handle stress.
  • Experience managing high-volume, multi-channel creative outputs (including rich media, programmatic campaigns, and dynamic creatives).
  • Understanding of display ad anatomy and ability to interpret spec sheets.
  • Strong knowledge of creative processes, asset delivery standards, and workflows.
  • Proficient in English communication, able to provide clear project updates and articulate issues and actions.
  • Solid scoping skills for realistic timings and resource estimates.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Jira, Salesforce) and willingness to learn others.
  • Detail-oriented yet efficient worker, passionate about workflows and effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of post-production processes for film, images, and animation assets for social media.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Proficiency in Southeast Asian languages (Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking team and asset delivery performance.
  • Experience with printing and Out-of-Home (DOOH / OOH) advertising.
