Position Level : LAM Part II – Junior to Senior Executive

Experience : Minimum 2–3 years relevant working experience

Qualification : Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent (recognized by LAM Part II)

What You’ll Do

Take ownership of design development, technical documentation, and project delivery

Manage and inspire creative teams to bring architectural concepts to life

Make heavy involvement with clients, consultants, suppliers, and authorities for smooth project execution

Explore innovative design and construction methods to stay ahead in the industry

Ensure compliance with all architectural guidelines and maintain well-organized project records

Travel occasionally for site visits and project coordination

What We’re Looking For

Passionate about architecture and interior design, with a strong design flair

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written & spoken)

Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Office

Bonus skills : Revit BIM and / or advanced 3D modeling expertise

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
