The Solutions Architect is responsible for supporting the Client's Channel and Sales team in acquiring new business through the Channel community and growing accounts in an assigned region. Support will include design and pricing of customer application solutions, assisting in customer presentations, discovery and definition of customer requirements, approving all contracted sales from an application and engineering standpoint, and interfacing with operations personnel to ensure a smooth hand-off of all sales orders.
Responsibilities
- Support a group of existing channel partners in region
- Actively support the regional channel team in partner recruitment, on-boarding and enablement
- Design customer solutions by using a consultative selling approach to identify client business issues, determine desired outcomes, and architect a solution that utilizes all our products and services
- Ensure accurate pricing and configuration of complex sales proposals
- Ensure that your assigned partners work to maximise quota attainment
- Ensure complete discovery and definition of customer application requirements
Qualifications
