Job Description

We are looking for new colleagues who can help to increase our efficiency for quoting customers more accurately and develop & organize our relationships further with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Working hours between 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Responsible for pricing / quoting Sales Team\'s inquiries, overseas Barsan Offices and customers.
• Responsible for improving our pricing capacity for Malaysia ocean freight market.
• Improving our relationships with current suppliers and partners.
• Searching, calling & building new relationships with potential suppliers. (Carriers, NVOCC\'s, Freight Forwarders)
• Arranging and attending suppliers meetings & events.
• Working in coordination & closely with Sales and Operation Teams.
• Preparing weekly reports for pricing activities.
• Regularly following trends of Ocean Freight market in Malaysia and taking action accordingly.
