Position : Equipment Engineer

Location : Negeri Sembilan (Seremban)

Salary : RM10,000 - RM12,999

Working hours : Flexible Hours

Responsibilities

• Responsible for backend equipment technology scouting and set the future equipment technology roadmap for the company.
• Lead backend site cross-functional teams to define and drive decisions to support new equipment roll out.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to improve quality and cost.
• Work closely with process and sustaining teams to ensure key performance indices are met.
• Subject matter expert to train and coach line maintenance and PM teams on troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
• Required Skill Sets : Drafting Tool — Autocad
• EDA Tool — Cadence Allegro (16.6, 17.2, 17.4) or CAD Capture, Concept HDL & Altium Designer
• DFM Tool — View Mate
