Key Responsibilities :

Implement and integrate automated systems within production, collaborating with production and maintenance teams. Test, validate, calibrate, and troubleshoot automation equipment to ensure optimal performance. Identify automation opportunities to improve processes using lean and continuous improvement methods. Lead automation projects from planning to completion, coordinating with vendors and managing timelines and budgets. Ensure automated systems comply with safety standards, perform risk assessments, and maintain necessary documentation. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications :

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field; A Masters degree is a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automation engineering or a related field. Experience with PLC programming, HMI systems, and industrial control systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, C++, Python, or similar; strong understanding of robotics, mechatronics, and industrial automation technologies. Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written) is required for business communication.
