Job Description

• Calculate and process payroll for overseas employees, taking into account multiple currencies.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws in relevant countries.
• Manage currency exchange processes for accurate payroll calculations.
• Stay updated on currency exchange rates and financial regulations.
• Ensure compliance with international labor laws and regulations related to payroll.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to stay abreast of changes.
• Maintain accurate records of international employee payroll data.
• Generate reports for auditing, analysis, and compliance purposes.
• Administer international employee benefits, including deductions and contributions.
• Address and resolve payroll-related queries from overseas employees.
• Provide timely and accurate information.
• Process payroll for new hires in different countries.
• Ensure accurate termination payments in compliance with local regulations.
• Update and maintain the payroll system with international employee changes and adjustments.
• Verify the accuracy of data input.
• Communicate payroll-related information to overseas employees.
• Collaborate with HR teams in different regions for seamless payroll operations.
