We are seeking passionate and experienced individuals aged 55 and above to join our Senior Internship Program. The internship role is general (multi-disciplinary).

Requirements

  • Age : 55 years old and above
  • Duration : Minimum 1 – 2 years
  • Work Commitment : Minimum 3 days per week
  • Work Mode : Hybrid (WFH & onsite)

Responsibilities

  • Support multi-disciplinary projects (Sales, Marketing, Homestay, Farming, Apps & RDD)
  • Share knowledge and experience with the team
  • Provide innovative and practical solutions to improve project ROI and KPI
  • Contribute ideas, strategies, and feedback for continuous improvement
  • Maintain positive working attitude : think out of the box & never give up

    • Benefits

  • Monthly Allowance : RM 1,000 ++

    • Performance KPI Bonus (based on ROI) :

    Fair – RM 100

  • Good – RM 200
  • Very Good – RM 300
  • Excellent – RM 400
  • Flexible working arrangement
