About the Role

As a Behaviour Therapist at Hi 5 SEN, you will support students with emotional regulation, social interaction, and behavioural challenges using evidence-based interventions. This role involves close one-on-one or group interaction to help students achieve developmental and behavioural goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver structured behavioural therapy sessions in line with IEP / IBP goals
• Use ABA principles, CBT strategies, and play-based techniques
• Monitor and record progress, challenges, and behaviour patterns
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to implement strategies across settings
• Support students in developing self-regulation, communication, and coping strategies

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counselling, or related field

Certified or experienced in ABA, CBT, or behaviour intervention (preferred)

At least 1–2 years experience working with neurodivergent children

Strong observational and data recording skills

Patient, empathetic, and able to work under pressure
