Job Summary

We’re looking for an Accounts Payable specialist to support our team in Kuala Lumpur. Key Responsibilities

Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies

Prepare and process vendor payments while ensuring adherence to payment terms and deadlines

Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, payment inquiries, and related matters

Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions for audit and reporting purposes

Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and external regulatory requirements

Collaborate with finance team members and other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma (additional education or certification in accounting is a plus)

Proven experience in accounts payable or a related financial role

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
