Marketplace Trading Manager
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketplace Trading Manager to lead our online trading strategy across major e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate has strong marketplace expertise, preferably within the apparel, sports, or fashion industry , and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow online marketplace sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage daily marketplace operations — product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and content optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and platform partners to plan and execute key campaigns and mega sale events.
- Ensure all listings are accurate, SEO-optimized, and compliant with marketplace standards.
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion, and ROI; provide actionable insights and improvement plans.
- Analyze competitor activity and pricing trends to maintain competitiveness.
- Partner with Customer Service to improve ratings, response time, and buyer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, merchandising, and finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.Minimum 3 years’ experience managing online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, or similar).Proven experience in sports, fashion, or apparel retail preferred.Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, promotional tools, and analytics.Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.Excellent communication and project management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
