Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop new customer accounts and expand the client base.
  • Conduct customer data analysis and maintain accurate records.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Establish and manage a systematic customer database.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English, Chinese, and Malay (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong initiative and ability to respond quickly to customer needs.
