We are now looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and drive new client acquisition.
Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term accounts. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong sales mindset and a good understanding of financial outsourcing / consulting services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets (US, UK, Canada, Europe).
- Generate qualified leads through networking, partnerships, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other business development strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve agreed revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase our financial outsourcing and back-office solutions.
- Develop tailored proposals and support contract negotiations to close new business deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax, and Back Office specialists) to align client needs with service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Track, monitor, and report business development KPIs and pipeline progress regularly.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager in outsourcing, financial services, consulting, or professional services.Strong network and ability to generate leads in international markets (US, UK, Canada, Europe preferred).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets.Strong understanding of financial outsourcing, accounting, or back-office support services will be a plus.What We Offer
