What would you do?

Responsibilities

• Automation and infrastructure : develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure management tasks, tools, deployment, and monitoring.
• Design, develop, and maintain Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines.
• Create and manage deployment scripts and templates to ensure consistent and repeatable application deployments.
• Collaborate with technology and operations teams to understand and meet release and deployment requirements.
• Implement best practices for release management.
• Assist with incident response, investigate and resolve incidents, and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to aid incident response.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure performance, security, and scalability.
• Assess system capacity and performance requirements, implement scalable solutions to meet future growth needs.
• Implement and maintain monitoring systems to proactively identify performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other issues.
• Set up and maintain alerting mechanisms and ensure timely response to alerts.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates for automated deployment and recovery.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to manage and optimize resources and ensure industry‑standard security.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement secure infrastructure architectures, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Support all performance tests and major events from merchants, partners, and government.
